Silks Elderflower Gin Fizz
Light, Bubbly and refreshing. A real celebration cocktail.
Ingredients:
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml elderflower liqueur
25ml lemon juice
Prosecco, to top up
Lemon peel twists, to garnish
Directions:
Pour gin, elderflower and lemon juice in a shaker and combine.
Pour into a champagne coupe and top with chilled prosecco.
Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.

Flavourful, fruity and sweet. A unique twist on a classic.
Ingredients:
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Craft Apple Cider to taste
Apple pleat to garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with Ice.
Pour over gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and top up with apple cider.
Garnish with an apple pleat.

Ingredients:
50ml Silks Irish Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml apple juice
25ml honey syrup
Apple slice and Sage to garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with Ice.
Add the Gin, lemon juice, apple juice and honey syrup. Shake to combine and strain into a glass.
Garnish with an apple slice and sage leaf.
To make honey syrup :
Dissolve honey in a 1:1 ratio with warm water

Directions:
