Whiskey Refresher

Ingredients

  • 20ml Simple Syrup, made with honey
  • 1 slice Orange
  • 20ml freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 50ml Irish Whiskey
  • Lemonade
  • Ice

 

Method 

  1. To make your simple syrup mix honey with the water in a small pot, over low heat, stirring until combined.
  2. Mix the simple syrup, lime juice, and whiskey in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over ice.
  4. Top with lemonade and garnish with an orange slice. Cheers!
