Ingredients (for Ice Cream):
- 50 ml Baileys Colada
- Vanilla Ice-Cream
- Raspberry, pineapple & coconut to garnish
Directions:
Step One: Into a bowl add: 3 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, Raspberry & Coconut Garnish (Or whatever tropical delights you fancy).
Step Two: Drizzle over 50ml of Baileys Colada.
Step Three: Garnish with a slice of pineapple & pineapple leaves.
Step Four: Enjoy!
Ingredients (For Cocktail):
- 50 ml Baileys Colada
- Pineapple chunks
- Fruit juice and crushed/ chopped coconut
- Ice cubes
- Slice of pineapple to garnish
Directions:
Step One: Add 50ml of Baileys Colada, ice cubes and pineapple chunks to a blender, and blend until smooth and fully combined.
Step Two: Dip the rim of the glass into a small amount of fruit juice and sprinkle the crushed coconut onto the juice so it sticks.
Step Three: Pour into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with slices of pineapple.
Step Four: Enjoy!
