This Blueberry Smoothie Bowl is a delicious treat that will brighten up the Monday blues while providing a nutrient proof start to your day.
As well as being packed full of fibre and antioxidants, blueberries are a great immunity boost during the winter months, steering you clear of the infamous flu!

Preparation Time – 5 minutes

Servings – 1

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe frozen banana (break into chunks before freezing for easier blending)
  • 2 tbsp Linwoods Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia Seeds and Goji Berries
  • 1 mug frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 150 – 200 ml boxed coconut milk*

Directions

  • Blend together all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. 
  • Serve topped with more flaxseed mix, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds and some puffed quinoa if desired!

*Use less for a thicker consistency
