With this in mind, Insomnia has partnered with bread connoisseurs Bretzel Bakery to create an elevated sandwich range, including the beloved ham and cheese toastie, sure to delight any sandwich aficionados.
Insomnia is elevating this classic favourite with their new Ultimate Toasted Special – a uniquely Irish sandwich with Limerick ham and Irish red cheddar with tomato and red onion on Bretzel sourdough.
The Signature Toasties range also includes Insomnia’s take on some international favourites, bringing exciting flavours to the Irish market. These mouth-watering additions include the Spanish-inspired Chicken and Chorizo, the French classic of a Ham and Cheese Croque Monsieur, an Italian Style Caprese, a Fiery Cajun Chicken Melt Ciabatta and The New York Deli, all served on delicious Bretzel sourdough.
Insomnia has championed local food producers in their recipes to enhance these iconic sandwich classics. They have partnered with the masters of bread – Bretzel, who has been serving Dublin’s evolving tastes since 1870. Using only premium ingredients, Insomnia is reimagining the classics and bringing delicious flavours to lunches across the country.
