After the sell-out success of its Veganuary and St. Brigid’s Day events, Glas is bringing the sunshine with a fresh, seasonal menu on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Head Chef Malte Half and his team will showcase the magic of Irish-grown fruit and vegetables across seven exquisite courses – a vibrant feast for food lovers.
“Spring is such an exciting time in the kitchen, with incredible Irish produce coming into season. This menu is all about celebrating vibrant, fresh flavours and showcasing how creative plant-based and gluten-free dining can be. We’ve crafted a tasting experience that highlights the best of what’s growing right now,” says Head Chef Malte Half.
