Set in a Georgian mansion, sustainably sourced food, original theatre, art, music, and some of Ireland’s top performers

Sinead Bailey Kelly and Deirdre Young, aka H&G Creations Ltd., launch their latest dining experience for Christmas – Phantasmagoria. With the closing of spaces and a cultural scarcity in the city they’re more determined than ever to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Now in its seventh year, their Christmas dining experience takes place in Orlagh Country House, Rathfarnham, Co. Dublin on 5, 6 and 7 December. It’s a BYOB and sustainably conscious event and the theme is Phantasmagoria meaning a sequence of real or imaginary images like that seen in a dream.

H&G Creations Ltd. guarantee an all-singing, rhyming and dancing Christmas banquet with a delicious 3-course vegetarian meal by Slice, immersive decor and interactive performance surrounding the mystery of Phantasmagoria. H&G Creations Ltd. also aim to create a sustainable event and reduce food waste.

“Christmas can be quite a wasteful time of year, lots of packaging and senseless spending so we wanted to create an event that flips that idea on its head. This is a purely vegetarian dining experience to make the event more sustainable. Plus all the food will be locally sourced and all decor will be created by our event stylists using recycled goods,” says Deirdre.

Previously Sinead and Deirdre have run the Christmas dining experience at No. 12, Henrietta St. Dublin 1. They are always looking for the most unique spaces in Dublin and Ireland to stage their events, giving guests an unforgettable night as they step inside spaces that might otherwise be left vacant.

“It’s not just a Christmas party, it’s a journey within the setting of a Georgian mansion built in 1790 where time stands still,” says Sinead.

“Whilst winding down and re-connecting with loved ones, Spooky Beuor will tell the tale of the spirits of Dublin descending upon these very grounds (Orlagh House) they call home leading to centuries of festive jubilance to descend upon the house.”

In 2019 and 2020 H&G Creations Ltd. wants to cement itself as the lead for experiential marketing and brand activations in Ireland.
