Angie’s Wine & Cocktail Bar at Roly’s Bistro has just been launched, a welcome addition to the already popular Bistro and Terrace restaurants.
Established in 1992 Roly’s is synonymous with delivering outstanding fresh food and excellent value and service to its customers.
The restaurant is a firm favourite of many stars who like to call Roly’s home when performing in or visiting Dublin. It is also the go-to choice for many for key family occasions and catch-ups with great friends.
Angie’s is a stylish addition to Roly’s Bistro where guests can sip on pre-lunch and dinner cocktails, fine wines and also enjoy dishes from the Roly’s Terrace menu which includes Fresh Dublin Bay Prawn Scampi with homemade tartare; Thai spiced corn fed chicken wontons with avocado salsa & red pepper puree; Dry aged Hereford sliders with Smoked Dubliner cheese; Dublin Bay Prawn Cocktail; Organic Burren Smoked salmon and Castletownbere Crab salad; Fresh Roly’s Rotisserie Chicken and salad; delicious fresh fish and chips and many more small and larger plates.
Angie’s, named after Roly’s founder John O’Sullivan’s wife Angela, will serve a host of well priced cocktails including Tullamore Whiskey Sours, Angie’s Cosmo, Porn Star Martinis, Margaritas, Amaretto Sours and in fact any cocktail you wish can be created!
Customers can also purchase speciality and more expensive wines by the glass with new ‘by the glass’ technology that keeps opened bottles under a protected atmosphere as if the bottle had been newly opened.
