The Dining Room at Fallon & Byrne is thrilled to present an evening of whimsical flavour exploration with a three course Hendrick’s Gin pairing dinner.
We invite all green-fingered CUCUMBERISTS and GROWERS OF DREAMS to take a wander up to our first floor Dining Room, step through our life sized birdcage and kick back for an evening of culinary delights and stunning sips. Enjoy a three course dinner curated by Fallon & Byrne development chef Hugh Higgins (Alta, Luna) and enjoy each course alongside three stunning Hendrick’s Gin drinks created by our inhouse bar team and Hendrick’s brand ambassador Suzy Cody.
This wonderous evening is inspired by the botanicals in some of the world’s most famous gins, Hendrick’s Flora Adora,Hendrick’s Neptunia and Hendrick’s Original.
“But what is on the menu?” we hear you cry! Delectable dishes that will leave you salivating for more, is the answer. To begin your scrumptious journey you shall be invited to enjoy a Tuna Crudo with Navet, Hibiscus and Beets or a Beef Carpaccio with Pink Peppercorn and Radish. To follow, a flavoursome Smoked Trout with a Citrus Beurre Blanc and Irish Mussels or a succulent Grilled Irish Pork Chop with Hispi and Gooseberry. Veggie dishes for those inclined include a Salt Baked Organic Beetroot Salad with Labneh, Blackberry & a Hazelnut & Hibiscus Dressing and a moreish Roasted Romesco Cauliflower in a Rich Romesco Sauce with Fregola, Almond & Raisins. **Chef’s kiss!! The sweetest part of the evening is always dessert and you shall end your three courses with a beautifully balanced Mint and Cucumber Panna Cotta.
“Tell us more about the drinks” we hear you whisper. Not only have we teamed up with the best gin house in the land but we’ve created three memorable sips to enjoy with your meal. On arrival you will be treated to a Hendrick’s Flora Adora Punch giving our ROSE-SCENTED botanists something deliciously curious to start the evening, this will be followed by a Hendrick’s Neptunia Martini and to top it off, a refreshing Hendrick’s Original and Fever Tree Tonic. We just know that will get you excited!
