Gloria Osteria and Chef Davide are delighted to welcome West Cork culinary royalty, Rob Krawczyk and the Restaurant Chestnut team for one night only on September 20th.
Making the journey from Ballydehob to Dublin, the Michelin-starred team will be stepping out of their cosy white casa and into the capital, bringing their finest produce with them.
Secure your seat for an exclusive four-course menu weaving together Chestnut’s signature home-aged charcuterie with Gloria’s specials. The feast kicks off with warm Gnocco Fritto and brioche, Chestnut’s famed fish charcuterie and homemade coppa, served with crisp pickles and rich sage butter.
Next, dive into stunning Tortellini Emiliani, smothered in Parmigiano Reggiano DOP fondue, and finished with dots of balsamic reduction. The side? A fun twist of carrot and kombucha juice.
The main course delivers a land-and-sea pairing of turbot poached in brown butter and seaweed, drizzled with chicken jus over a vibrant Sicilian caponata.
The grand finale? Toffeemisu. We say no more.
