The Granola Maker is an artisan, handmade granola business based right here, in Dublin. It’s a one-woman business – Aifric (me), is the baker, packager, labeller and marketer!
I officially launched the business when I was 7-months prego – ideal timing…!! I had developed and perfected the recipes for my granola during lockdown – I had started making granola for my husband, who was on the search for a tasty granola that wasn’t loaded with sugar and preservatives. These homemade batches of granola later became my staple flavours: The OG and The Workout. I also have limited editions throughout the year: The Love in February, The Autumn in September, and The Christmas towards the end of November.
My granola has really been soaring recently, and it is just so exciting. My biggest collaboration has just been launched; a giveaway with the wonderful Glenilen Farm. I couldn’t be more excited for the future – people really do appreciate homemade food that isn’t loaded with salt or sugar or preservatives, and so my granola has truly been welcomed with open arms nationwide.
