Sfuso, meaning ‘unpackaged’ is an expression of our passion for Italian cuisine in challenging times. A popular restaurant in Dublin’s Italian Quarter resumes operations as a purveyor of ready-to-eat meals in the finest tradition of Italian gastronomy.
Instead of table service we’ll be offering products by weight to suit your appetite. The good news is that you can still enjoy a social glass of wine – with space for social distancing outside – before bringing your delicacies home in biodegradable containers; or to the park for an Italian-inspired picnic as long as the sun keeps shining!
Here we are returning to our “origins”, emphasising seasonal ingredients sourced from a network of artisanal producers with whom we have long-standing relationships. This simplicity is the signature of our great Italian food.
