F.X Buckley Steakhouse, Pembroke Street

Located on one of ireland’s greatest georgian streets, our steakhouse is perfect for business and pleasure alike.

For meat lovers, there is nothing more satisfying then tucking into a perfect steak cooked on our carefully designed Josper charcoal ovens. The smoky sweetness of the charcoal, set at a temperature of 350°C creates a hint of crispiness and perfectly sears the soft flesh, releasing the deep earthy flavours for each guest to enjoy.

With one of Ireland’s most extensive wine lists and our own F.X Buckley South African creation, a delicate Cabernet Sauvignon from the Webersburg region, we believe we serve the best fine wines as well as the best beef. Our wine menu has been carefully curated by our Master of Wine, Alan Crowley who ensures every drink served enhances and compliments the flavours of our food.

Xavier’s Bar

With dark wood-panelled walls and soft lighting, Xavier’s is located in a restored Georgian house, right beside our flagship Pembroke Street restaurant. Guests can sink into our deep leather armchairs by an open fire or take a seat by the window at Xavier’s or enjoy the sun in our garden terrace. Whether it’s a signature Cigar, Smoked Old Fashioned before dinner, a glass of the finest wine or your favourite Whiskey, watch the world go by in the heart of Dublin.

Tucked away on a cobbled lane off Dame street, our Crow Street Steakhouse is a popular dinner meeting place for Dubliners and visitors to our capital city Diners can enjoy watching our talented chefs design mouth watering dishesAs meat experts our beef must be 100% Irish from traditional breeds and dry aged for at least 28 days.

The Bull & Castle by F.X.Buckley

Overlooking Dublin’s most iconic cathedral, the Bull & Castle is located in Dublin’s vibrant Christchurch district, at the heart of the city’s oldest historical quarters. With a steakhouse on the ground floor and a newly launched informal bar, Dausies located upstairs, the Bull & Castle is the perfect choice to savour Dublin’s best steaks, wines and cocktails.

Ryan’s Parkgate Street

Ryan’s Parkgate Street is our beautifully restored Victorian public house located near Phoenix Park. With its original Victorian features, including gas lamps, whiskey barrels, tea drawers and traditional snugs, Ryan’s interiors is where oldie worldie meets modern finesse.
Enjoy the perfect pint of Guinness, a great wine list or cocktails set to the backdrop of a plethora of interesting pictures from the past century such as Mr Royce and his 1930’s Mercedes motor racing team during the first Grand Prix in the Phoenix Park, the original Guinness toucan and even the zoo patrons boxing with kangaroos!

Upstairs from Ryan’s famous public house, Ryans Restaurant & Grill Room remains a firm favourite both with locals and tourists, all lovers of fine dining will feel at home here. Our elegant & intimate room is ideal for any occasion.
