31 Lennox have launched a simple but tasty new pizza dough sambo menu!
48-hour proved pizza dough, finished with garlic herbed butter, and the following:
– Slow cooked Irish ham hock, vintage cheddar, dijonnaise, shredded lettuce, confit cherry tomatoes and truffle onions.
– Creamy Ambrosi Burrata, confit cherry tomatoes, fresh pesto and basil leaves.
– Crispy Parmesan-coated chicken, house-made tomato and pepper relish, mozzarella, shredded lettuce and truffle onions.
– Garlic tiger prawns, Marie Rose sauce, shredded lettuce, truffle onions.
– Oak smoked salmon, whipped goats cheese, fried capers, fresh cucumber, lemon zest and green leaves.
– Burrata, mortadella, Parma ham, salami, basil pesto, shredded lettuce, confit cherry tomatoes and truffle onions.
