From those special occasions to life’s simple pleasures, SOLE Seafood and Grill is the perfect place to celebrate. Nestled on South William Street, SOLE offers the ultimate dining experience for family and friends, whatever the occasion.

SOLE’s A La Carte menu boasts a magnificent selection of Irish seafood and dry aged meat dishes that will get you in the mood to celebrate your next special occasions. Skilfully crafted by their dedicated culinary team, each dish conveys a sense of exceptionality, masterfully created with taste and presentation in mind.

This month, make your celebration even more special with the SOLE Meunière, a whole Dover sole filleted at your table. This is an incredible experience and one that is perfect for a celebration. SOLE offers the best from both sea and land including Peter Hannan’s Salt Aged Beef. Dry aged for 28 – 45 days, concentrating flavour and producing unique and multi-award-winning beef. Check out the 8oz fillet steak or the 10oz Rib Eye, both served with shallot mash and seasonal vegetables. Priced at €49 and €40 respectively.

While each dish on SOLE’s menu is worth the hype, nothing says celebration more than SOLE’s renowned Seafood Tower. Enjoyed as an appetiser for 4 people, or an entrée for 2, the SOLE Seafood Tower features Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, served alongside Dublin Bay prawns and rock oysters with the traditional accompaniments, all served over crushed ice. Chargrilled tiger prawns and Irish brown crab claws, served alongside steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream also accompany the dish. Enjoy this for €80.

If you’re in the mood for a showstopper, SOLE’s Captain Seafood Tower features a range of the amazing eats on the main Seafood Tower but with the addition of grilled Irish lobster. Enjoy this as an entrée for €60pp.

To accompany your meal, what better way to celebrate your special occasion than by toasting with a glass from SOLE’s curated list of the finest Champagnes including Veuve Clicquot Rosè, Yellow Label & 2012 Vintage and Bollinger. SOLE is also one of the few restaurants that serve Champagne by the glass!

Culinary Director Richie Wilson’s main focus remains on provenance and utilising the best of Irish produce to create a menu full of showstopping dishes which showcases the wealth of Irish ingredients available from sea to land. This is echoed through working with coveted Irish suppliers such as David Keane, Kish Fish, and Peter Hannan to ensure only the best of Irish food is served at SOLE.

From first opening its doors in 2018, SOLE has captured the heart of foodies in Dublin and beyond through the use of the freshest Irish ingredients and un-rivalled flavours. For the past six years, SOLE has worked with suppliers and producers from each corner of Ireland that echo their ethos of enhancing the exquisite flavours of the sea. To mark their commitment to their loyal customers, SOLE is continuously innovating and striving to elevate the restaurant experience, so be sure to keep an eye on SOLE this year, as there is something very exciting in the pipeline!
