Easter is all about brighter days, celebrating together, and of course delicious food! From Easter staples to delicious desserts that get the whole family involved, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
The first session, held on Tuesday 5th March, will focus on how to captivate your guests with delicious canapes and starters. AVOCA’s Executive Chef, Charlie Kenny, will guide you through how to create flavourful and festive recipes using AVOCA’s finest seasonal ingredients.
On Tuesday 12th March, it’s time for the showstopper! Learn how to expertly prepare and plate Easter Mains with AVOCA’s Head Chef Stephen Curley & Head Chef of AVOCA Kilmacanogue, Leonard Rasmussen. You will discover techniques for mastering succulent roasts, vibrant side dishes and much more!
Finally, on Tuesday 19th March, learn how to end your evening on a sweet note with a demonstration focusing on delectable Easter treats & desserts. Hosted by Executive Pastry Chef’s Ludo Lantier and Caroline Nelson, you will receive expert tips and tricks to master the art of dessert and satisfy your guests’ sweet tooth.
All demonstrations will be hosted in The Fern House Café in AVOCA Kilmacanoge by AVOCA’s passionate and talented culinary team. They will kick off at 9:45 a.m. sharp and will run for around an hour and a half.
