On Friday 9th October, wine lovers are invited to indulge in an evening celebrating Clarendelle Wines, the wine fit for Princes, Hollywood stars and now guests of The Heritage.
The evening begins in the newest addition to the luxury resort – the beautiful Blooms Bar. Guests are welcomed with a glass of bubbles before making their way into Blake’s Restaurant where Executive Chef Marek Zboril will prepare a four-course menu designed to highlight the tasting notes of each wine that is presented. European Export Manager Mikaël Boyer will guide the evening, explaining the complex stories and taste behind every glass.
Clarendelle was created in 2005 by Prince Robert of Luxembourg and combines First Growth expertise with age-worthy wines that showcase Bordeaux’s distinctive terroirs and reflect a contemporary French way of life. Clarendelle wines are aged extensively in eco-friendly cellars and released only when ready to drink.
